Airfare + insurance is NOT included. Insurance is required to attend the retreat. Insurance covers cancellation of hotel-only (for any reason) and Marcie will assist in processing the claim. Insurance does not cover the retreat costs.

Non-refundable Insurance is $149 per guest due at the time of booking.

Get ready to dive into your business with me IN PERSON, learning about social groups, receiving 1:1 coaching time, a Facebook audit and so much more to maximize attracting your aligned clients, advising on your biggest challenges. Outside of the workshops, we'll go for walks, float in the pool and indulge in our favorite beverages. There is no where I'd rather be during this 5 days than connecting over life and business with you.

You may know me as the branding babe behind Marcie's website, but what you may not know is that I'm also her biz coach and IG marketing bestie! I started my biz in 2018 as a portrait photographer, and received my degree in brand + web design in 2020. I am now a full time business coach + brand designer for online businesses!

During our retreat, I'll transform into YOUR biz + brand coach! We will have a 1:1 marketing meeting, I'll give you a custom IG audit, I'll take + edit some GORGEOUS headshots for you, walk you through a Manifestation Workbook that has been enjoyed by hundreds of my clients, and give a detailed presentation + Q&A on some juicy marketing topics.

Hi! I’m Megan, the third M on this MOMENTUM adventure!

I have 2 teens, a pup and never let the grass grow under my feet! Between bartending and working for a non-for profit, I keep myself busy planning galas, sharing life stories and I cannot wait to greet you as you come off the transfer in Mexico!

I am also Marcie's Executive Business Assistant, helping with all the things spreadsheet, organizing your itinerary and making sure she isn't losing her mind behind the scenes. At the retreat, you'll find me first to arrive and lend a helping hand at breakfast, workshops and hostessing the social events! As a self-described social butterfly, I'll make sure you're having a good time and if you need someone to go to dinner with, I'm your girl. I love meeting new people & having fun! If you need me between events, I’ll be at the swim up bar sipping on a margarita. 😉

WHAT IS THE DAILY SCHEDULE?

Each day will be unique and the option to participate is 100% up to you. This is YOUR retreat!

We will be creating your individual itinerary with a combination of group activity options, 1:1 coaching time, including your headshot photo shoot and social events! You'll have ample time to do your hair and make-up, grab a drink or snack, lay by the pool, & whatever else you want to do throughout the 5 days. You'll never be rushed to the next thing and if you choose to opt out, that's OK too! Naps are encouraged!

You will receive your personalized itinerary no later than 14 days prior to arrival. 

What we can tell you is that you'll never have to be ANYWHERE until 9 AM, at the earliest. We want you to rest, relax, rejuvenate and truly ENJOY this WORK+PLAY environment.

why is group protection (gPP+) insurance required?

We will be booked in a group contract through Vacation Express with strict cancellation policies and no leeway after June 15th to cancel the hotel portion of your stay. GPP+ offers the most flexibility and ease for emergency or last minute cancellations and with issues while in destination. 

While there are no refunds after June 15, 2024 on the retreat portion of your trip, having GPP+ allows for worst case scenario should there be an issue that requires cancellation prior to departure, offering a cash refund on the hotel portion. 

Your $139 per person insurance charge will be run separately and directly through VE's system at the time of booking. It is non-refundable. 

It is at the discretion of the Organizers to require the purchase of Group Protection Plan Plus per the Terms and Conditions.

IS THIS A FAM?

Momentum Retreat is NOT a FAM. Although we will have one site inspection of Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, this is not the purpose of this WORK+PLAY retreat. This experience is about leveling up your business, working through mindset blocks, sending you home ready to tackle new ideas, refreshed and well rested.

We ask that you remain on property and do not schedule site inspections even if you think you have time from September 21-25, 2024. This will allow for a full immersive retreat experience.

If you would like to schedule site inspections before or after Momentum, that is an excellent way to maximize your time. If you would like to add dates to your stay at Majestic Elegance, please email us at momentumretreat@gmail.com for pricing.

Can I bring A guest with me?

Guests are 100% welcome to join us at Momentum! One of the perks of this retreat is that there will be more downtime than at a typical work+travel experience and we want you to bring someone with you that you want to talk and share this journey with, especially once we have retreated back to our suites at night.  

We do want to make sure you know that the focus will be on helping and uplifting women in travel. Our experiences will all relate to what it is like being a woman in sales and how to overcome those feelings of guilt, imposter syndrome and figuring out living your best life while running your business.

Should I invite my hubby or boyfriend?
Your male partner should absolutely attend if you want to share this with them; understanding that this is a female-focused event. They may attend ALL social gatherings and we encourage them to do so, as it will give them insight into some fascinating conversations, how to support you and show up in new ways for your business! Dreaming alongside your partner is a key component to longterm success in this industry! 

If not my husband then who?
We also encourage you to bring an assistant, your mama, your sister, a bestie, someone who loves and adores you who may also need to get away!

Guest cost for 4 nights in your suite: $950 and their deposit is the same - $300 + $139 for the insurance

ARE THERE ANY PREREQUISITES?

Yes!

-- You must be an active Travel Advisor with a host or agency.
-- You must purchase and complete Propose to Close by 9/20/24 to attend Momentum Retreat. 
-- You must put down $300 non-refundable deposit ASAP!
-- You must to NOT leave the property for site inspections from Sept. 21-25, 2024.
--You must purchase GPP+ insurance through the contracted group rates. Insurance is 100% NON-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking. Insurance ranges in cost dependent upon how long you're staying. For 4 nights it is $139 for Group Protection Plan which entitles you to a refund of the HOTEL PORTION of the RETREAT. Insurance DOES NOT cover the RETREAT PORTION of your payments.
