Welcome, friend! I'm Marcie Muensterman, your go-to no bullshit sales coach for travel advisors! I am an over 40, busy AF multiple-biz owner wife living with 2 teens, 2 dogs and a cat (who I'm obsessed with). For 17 years, I have been curating gorgeous vacations serving thousands of clients, including 230+ destination wedding couples. I make sure my travel clients are getting AMAZING Concierge Care and are supported throughout a seamless sales and travel experience. In the early days, I bought into the scarcity mindset and used to work 24/7, sleeping with my phone by my head, but now... I limit my monthly clients, have gone appointment only, charge a fee and make more money than I ever did with 15 weddings a year. I want this for YOU!
Since 2018, I have built to a 6-figure income working 20ish hours a week exclusively nurturing leads in my private Facebook Group. It didn't come without a hot mess middle, where I had to take a few years off due to burnout. Y'all, it is time to stop the self-sabotage, take back your power and do this business on your terms.
