- Michelin trained chef: The resident chef Francesco has worked in Florence, London and America, as well with Michelin-starred celebrity chef Tom Aikens, in the Estate's kitchen.
- 1 bottle of red or white wine or prosecco FROM THE VILLA COLLECTION per person upon arrival
- Some other alcoholic beverages (until they run out) with limited mixers.
- Bartender service daily for 2 hours before dinner
- Bartender service for 1 of the full villa days
- Full housekeeping / tidying and cleaning around the villa / one full change of sheets and towels mid-week.
- Daily: 3 maids for 2 hours a day.
- 4 tours with a mixture of FOOD, WINE (this is a big one), UNESCO, a couple of walking tours, pizza making at the villa, a variety of ideas but nothing specifically fleshed out yet but these are INCLUDED in the price b/c I know averages for most of the options I'm considering.
- 2 full villa days with activities at the villa. It has been advised that this villa IS THE EXPERIENCE and we want to spend a good amount of time relaxing and enjoying it. This is not a GO GO GO vacation.

If you are a single traveler, the cost increases to $6500 per person and I only can accept 3 singles total. If you want to travel and get your OWN room, I need to know ASAP; otherwise, I can look into finding you a roommate! If you are interested in this, please notate it on the REGISTRATION form.
Airfare + insurance is NOT included. Insurance is required to attend the trip. Insurance covers cancellation of villa-only (for any reason) and Marcie will assist in processing the claim. Insurance does not cover any additional costs you pay in advance.
Non-refundable Insurance is due at the time of booking.
Payment Schedule:
Full payment of balance is due by 11/15/2024.
You may pay as you go each month if you wish. I can set you up on an automatic payment plan or you can pay down your total invoice as you wish.
